Open Access, Copyright, and Licensing (now separated)

This policy is now published as three separate policies.

JACR publishes its access, ownership, and reuse terms as distinct policies, each with its own page:

• Open Access — immediate free availability, what the journal guarantees, cost to readers and authors, and self-archiving.
• Copyright — who owns the article, what authors grant the journal, author warranties, and claims of infringement.
• Licensing — the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 conditions in practice, how to attribute an article, what the licence does not cover, and uses beyond it.

This address is kept active so that existing references to the former combined page continue to resolve.
