All articles are published with immediate open access under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license. The article processing charge is IDR 1,500,000 or USD 160, payable only after acceptance; no fee-waiver programme is available. Each manuscript that proceeds to external review is evaluated by at least three independent reviewers through a double-anonymous process.
